Great Pillow with Thoughtful Features, Just a Bit Softer

I’ve been using this pillow for a little while now, and overall, I’m quite happy with it. One of the biggest pros is the size—it offers ample space and support, which is great for someone who shifts positions during the night. I also love the option to adjust the height; being able to customize the fill makes a huge difference in comfort and neck support. The only downside for me is that it’s softer than I was expecting. I prefer a bit more firmness for better head and neck alignment, so it took some time to get used to. That said, if you like a plush feel, this might be perfect for you. All in all, it’s a well-designed pillow with great adjustability. Just keep in mind that it leans toward the softer side.

The bed with everything and great customer service

Love my bed. “Sticker Shock” made me debate the purchase but after using the bed I do not regret splurging on something that has helped me so Much to Improve my sleep. The cooling aspect of the bed has been such a great help. I normally open windows in winter to reduce temp in room when external temp is below 30F. Now I no longer have to do this. Had a couple of small technical issues that I must mention as customer service was phenominal in helping me address to resolve. My only regret is I didn’t buy the separate frames. There have been occasional times where I would like my side higher or lower. That said, I couldn’t justify the extra $3k

My family loves this pillow. I think I have purchased more than 20 of these pillows. Almost everyone in my family is using this pillow. This pillow doesn't change shape after using it for a while. Great support for neck especially for side sleeper.

Honest, i need to get a pillow that would adjust in my next since i am a back sleeper and i was having some pain in my neck. When I saw this pillow was on sale I bought it. Didn’t have a lot of expectation because it was buy one and get one free (even tho they are a little pricey). After trying it on I was very satisfied with the purchase. They are not super soft or very hard, they adapt to your neck and kinda of hugs you head. I recommend this product. It worth the money.
